Moffat Speed Survey – A701 near “The Knowe”, Hidden Corner

A speed survey was carried out on the A701 Dumfries – Edinburgh Road near to “The Knowe”, Hidden Corner, Moffat on Friday 15th April 2016.

The roadway at this location is subject to a 40 mph speed limit.

This survey was carried out in respect of eastbound traffic by means of the Tele-Traffic SpeedAlert Vehicle Activated trailer between the times of 10:29 and 15:51 – a total of 5 hours 21 mins.

The following notable speeds were recorded.
